Boris Shteiman, a structural engineer by trade, has been involved in numerous complex developments both in North America and Europe. Often referred to as “The Problem Solver”, Mr. Shteiman’s thorough approach doesn’t go unnoticed. In 1999, Canadian Government’s Hon. Sergio Marchi (Minister of International Trade) invited Kadima and Mr. Shteiman to participate in trades missions in Poland and Ukraine. The result: Canada securing construction projects worth several hundred million dollars, of which Kadima maintained an integral part throughout. As well, as a member of the CANATOM team, Kadima was invited and participated in the tender for the “Shelter project” for Chernobyl nuclear reactor.
Joshua Shteiman, has been working in the real estate development sector for 11 years, with a multitude of experience with focus in both residential and commercial projects. A graduate in Real Estate Finance at the Schulich School of Business, Joshua brings the knowledge and experience of launching projects from land assembly, design, sales and construction all the way to the transition of registration and operational turnover. With an acute attention to detail, Joshua has spearheaded numerous developments, delivering them on time and on budget.
Hunter Milborne is nationally recognized as the “Dean of Condos” by Canadian Business Magazine for his analytical and quantitative approach to project marketing. President and founder of Milborne Real Estate Inc, Hunter is known for his creative problem solving and entrepreneurial style. He has firmly established himself as one of the most dominant forces in Canadian real estate. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto, he is a sought after speaker on the topic of Marketing and Sales.
